Great take, Tom. Couldn’t agree more. Everything is shifting in real-time right in front of us. Yet too many people (including lawyers) are refusing to adapt, ignoring the need for a new mindset, proper workflow integration, organizational alignment, and realistic expectations. It’s frustrating to watch so many choose to stay in the dark.
Thanks Mitch! I think the progress of AI is like a merry go round, and for some, they’re waiting for it to stop so they can get their bearings and figure it out. For others, they’re getting accustomed to its spin and the prospect that it won’t stop.
